Local meeting this weekend, as we wildcarded the AMCA championship at Bromsberrow.
With the main 125 and Youth 125 running together, I qualified in P8, setting me up for a good start to the weekend.

Saturday
Race 1 – had a great start and was running in the top 5 before I tucked the front end on the first lap. Remounted and managed to get back to P12 from virtually last (P5 in the Youth)
Race 2 – got the jump out of the gate and was 3rd or 4th going up the start straight, but going into the second really tight, corner, someone stalled right in front of me. Came out of the heap 3rd from last so had to chomp my way through the pack. Finished P10 (P3 Youth)

Sunday
Race 1 – had another great started – gated 3rd and went to 5th after the first lap. Unfortunately, I tucked the front in a long rut and tippled off. Picked up and charged through, finishing in P8 (P2 Youth)
Race 2 – mega start. I rode defensively for the first couple of laps but lost the back end and got stuck against a bank. Lost loads of places, but ploughed through and my fastest lap was my last lap, showing fitness with Coach Robb Is really paying off. Finished P8 (P2 Youth)
I was a bit gutted because little crashes cost me a better result but my starts set me up for each of the races, my fitness was good and I still finished 3rd on the weekend. It was good to come home with a podium place and a goody bag.
Thanks, as always to the NORA team, team sponsors and all my personal sponsors for their continued support
