We are only a couple of weeks from the 2024 season coming to a close and it will be time to prepare for the 2025 season with that all important first gate drop of the season. Here is Jesse James’s end of year report talking about his highs and some lows from 2024.
Firstly lets take a moment to recognise the outstanding achievements by Jesse this year in his inaugural season onboard the Small Wheel 85cc machine.

Jesse’s first highlight was being picked to ride for one of the most progressive youth invested teams in the UK, who’s main focus is to prepare and support the team riders on their journey through their motocross careers.
They have joined with one of the most inspirational Nutrition and Performance Coaches out there. Coach Robb has been invaluable guiding Jesse on his sleep, nutrition and exercise goals throughout the year. His guidance has been a godsend to improving Jesse’s fitness.

Before racing started we attended the Team Launch Day at Marshfield where we got to meet all of the Nora CRS Team Leaders and other riders it was pretty special and meant a lot to all of us.
Jesse kicked off his race season with Cotswold Youth MX. At the beginning he struggled with self assurance and the belief in himself, but he went on to participate in the NORA 92 British Cup for the first time where he claimed 7th overall after three rounds.
In between racing he attended one of his sponsors, Motoloko their ride day which he thoroughly enjoyed.
Jesse continued to race with Cotswolds and also LGR through the year where he claimed several podium finishes.

Looking back on the year a highlight of the year was going to Monster Mountain for his 3 day training camp with Stephen Sword and Joe Clayton. We can’t thank NORA CRS enough for organising this training as it increased Jesse’s skill set ten fold for the remainder of the season.
He ended the Cotswolds Race season in 10th place as a result of a bad crash which cut his racing short which was a bit disappointing , however he qualified for the LGR Championship finishing an impressive 5th overall.
Jesse got to go to Weston Beach Race for the first time to represent his team on their stand and he is going to conquer the mighty beach in 2025.

In closing 2024 has been on of Jesse’s best years in motocross so far. We cannot thank Gemma, Andy, Roy, Darren, Coach Robb from Nora CRS Development Team and all the other sponsors who support Jesse on this amazing journey so far.
Now Jesse will get preparing for 2025 on the Big Wheel 85cc and looking forward to making his team proud.
