Fraddon Moto Park hosted NORA CRS Boot Camp #1

The first NORA CRS Development Team Boot Camp took place last Wednesday and Thursday at Fraddon Moto Park, giving riders two intensive days of professional coaching. Led by Team Coach Joe Clayton, the camp also welcomed renowned Coach Robb Beams from Complete Racing Solutions, who travelled over from the USA to share his expertise. The riders benefited from a wealth of knowledge, developing their skills both on and off the track in what proved to be an invaluable.

“The first bootcamp of the year left me almost lost for words — what an incredible couple of days! This was, without doubt, the best bootcamp we’ve held to date. I don’t know if it was the unbelievable line‑up of riders, the families who bring such positivity and support, or the fact we had two top‑tier trainers on site for both days, each offering their own individual expertise… whatever the combination was, it just worked. It was amazing. For me, the highlight was seeing the bond these boys already share and the dedication they bring to becoming the best versions of themselves. Watching them enjoy every moment while still working hard, soaking up every bit of knowledge Robb and Joe offered, was genuinely brilliant. I’m already excited to see what the second bootcamp brings next month — if this one was anything to go by, we’re in for something special.” – Gemma Barton (Team Manager)

“I was excited to attend my first boot camp with the team at Fraddon and what made it even more special was having Coach Robb fly over from America to work with us. Joe and Robb pushed us hard but I had so much fun doing it aswell. One thing I learnt was some new front brake drills. It was also good finding out the things they do differently in the USA. – Ronnie Morgan (SW85cc Rider)

“The first NORA CRS Boot camp of 2026 at Fraddon was really helpful and I felt it helped me progress well. We focused mainly on corners and Robb’s approach of using the front brake was a game changer and Joe helped us put it to work. I have a lot of positive things to take away from the camp and I am looking forward to the next one.” – Rafe Symons (SW85cc Rider)

“I really enjoyed the first 2026 Boot Camp at Fraddon. I was a bit awestruck when I met Coach Robb but he was so great. Having both Robb and Joe there I felt really lucky. The best bit was I learnt that there’s physics behind riding a motocross bike.” – Jesse James (BW85cc Rider)

“I had an absolute blast at our first boot camp! I feel very lucky for the opportunity given to me and the potential NORA CRS, Joe and Coach Robb can see in me. It was a great eye opener to the dreams that we as riders are all dreaming about. Coach Robb and Joe Clayton were amazing and really made use of the time we had there, I had so much seat time and loved every second of it. Thank you so much and I’m very much looking forward to the next one.” – Freddie Joyner (BW85cc Rider)

“I had a great time attending my 1st Boot Camp at Fraddon Motocross track last week, being back on the bike riding with the rest of the team. I got to meet Coach Robb and work with him and Joe Clayton on the track learning lots of new skills and techniques to help improve my speed. I learnt so much in the 2 days and have lots things to practice on. Thank you so much to everyone involved for giving me this incredible opportunity to be part of the team.” – Aiden Wait (125cc Youth Rider)

“I had a lot of fun at the Boot Camp at Fraddon. It was great to meet Coach Robb and have him there training us with Joe. It was good to spend time with the team. The thing I learnt the most was front brake in the entry to the corners and the leg work. Looking forward to the second Boot Camp next month.” – Oliver Bardoe (250cc Youth Rider)

The team head to Sherwood this weekend (August 1st & 2nd) for the Penultimate round of the NORA92 British Cup before they head to Brookthorpe later in August for the second boot camp.
