Last weekend Jack Evans headed down to Farleigh Castle with the Acerbis Nationals for the fourth round of the Championship to compete in the 125cc class.
Here is how the weekend went for Jack.
“We headed over to Farleigh for Round 4 of the Acerbis Amateur Nationals to compete in the 125cc Championship Standing in 10th place in the Championship, this meant that I had 10th gate pick for the first race which was good in the stacked class of adults and youth combined. As the weather was hot, the conditions were extremely dry, dusty and there were no lines. It was a really old school track Saturday wasn’t the best of days, as I didn’t ride very well in the conditions. Finished 17th in race 1 and 18th in race 2.”

“Sunday I had a better start to the day, but had to really work my way forward to finish in 11th place in race 1. In Race 2, I was pretty much last off the start and the track was even more dusty. Managed to push through and finished in 14th place. Overall, I finished 15th on the weekend which was a little disappointing, however I finished 10th in the Championship, so there is more to play for in the final round at Culham in a few weeks time.”

“Now looking forward to competing in the All British at Maisemore this weekend coming. As always, thanks to Gemma, Andy and the Nora Team and Sponsors, and all my personal sponsors for their ongoing support.”
