So I headed to Marshfield this weekend with corsham and well it didn’t start off great…
Race 1 – went out for the first race done 2 laps and my back brake seized up meaning I wasn’t able to finish the race meaning I finished last, obviously I was really frustrated about this and it put me down for the rest of the day.
After the help of some amazing people they managed to sort the back brake by removing all the old brake fluid and putting all new through I had a back brake again!
Race 2 – great start took the inside but even though I knew my brake had been sorted I was so worried it was going to happen again I rode very skeptical and knew it just wasn’t my best! Finished 12th
Race 3 – I knew this was the last race if the day and it was all or nothing so this time I didn’t let the brake issue get the best of me of put more of a fight up! Stayed close to ones in front of me and managed to gain a few spaces, felt like I rode good but still know I have alot more to give. I finished 10th
Finished 21st overall but 13th in my championship.
Wasn’t one of my best weekends but even the greatest have bad ones it’s now up and onwards for me!
