Top 10 finish at Culham for Bridgestone British Masters 2025 opener

It was the opening round of the 2025 Bridgestone British Masters series for Jack Evans last weekend at the popular Oxfordshire motocross circuit of Culham MX Park.

After four good motos, Jack obtain his goal for the weekend which was to secure a top 10 finish in the first round of the series.

Here is a rundown on how the day went for Jack from his perspective.

Saturday

Qualifying – In a stacked 125cc class at Culham I managed P15 with a time of 2:04.224

Race 1 – I did not have a great start but pushed through to finish in 9th when the chequered flag dropped on the race.

Race 2 – I had a great start and was in 4th going round the first corner but unfortunately I cross rutted and then crashed so was pushed down to 32nd. Kept my head up and fought through the race to finish 15th.

Sunday

Race 1 – Gated in 9th but unfortunately the race was red flagged on the first lap. In the rerun, I gated 14th and climbed up to 7th which was my best race of the weekend.

Race 2 – Gated in 14th again and managed to secure 9th for the final race of the weekend.

Overall finished P8 on the weekend, which I was really pleased with.

Thanks to NORA CRS and all my sponsors for their continued support and lovely to see Team Manager, Andy Watts for the whole of Saturday in the freezing cold!
