BSMA Championship- Round 1 at Sherwood 30th and 31st March.
I wild carded the first round of the BSMA championship at Sherwood in the Youth 125/250 class, but unfortunately, I had a shocker of a weekend
I just couldn’t get my flow around the the track and my starts were awful as struggled to get the bike to pull up the long start straight against the 250cc machines.
Riders kept crashing in front of me, which meant I went out the front door on more than one occasion! My best race was R2 on Saturday, when I picked up P6.
Was hoping to leave on a high, as my lap time put me in 8th place in the last race, but running out of time the race was cut with only 4 laps.
All in all, it’s onward and upwards and loads to take forward to next week.
